1. Return Policy
You may return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Return Policy
The item must be:
- in its original packaging;
- free of signs of use, stains, or damage;
- with all tags and accessories intact.

The following items are non-returnable:
- custom-made or personalized goods;
- goods that have come into contact with the body (e.g., personal hygiene products) for safety reasons.

3. Return Policy
-To process a return, please contact us by email at terafox01@gmail.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return;
-Once you receive confirmation, please ship the item to the address provided;
-The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective merchandise or an error on our part.

4. Refunds
We will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Damaged or defective merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage.
